Situated on the beautiful south coast of NSW in the village of Vincentia. Our home Omaroo (aboriginal for “beautiful view”) is surrounded by the pristine waters and white sandy beaches of Jervis Bay. This holiday haven is one of the best holiday getaways in Oz. The house has five balconies (2 with water views) and sleeps up to 11 people. This contemporary designed home with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms (one with a 2 person spa bath) and a kids retreat is ideal for one family or two. It is spacious, airy and within walking distance to beaches.

Tarrifs:

Low Season: $1800 per week
High Season: $3500 (Dec 20 through Jan 29 + Easter Holidays) per week

Weekend Rates (Low Season only): $550 for 2 nights

Long Weekends $2,000.00 (Minimum 3 Night Stay)
No regular weekend booking

Weekday Rates (Low Season only): $500 for 2 nights
Security Bond $500 (Refundable following inspection)
Weekday and Weekend bookings minimum 2 nights.
50% deposit* required on booking with the balance as well as security bond payable at least 7 days prior to arrival.

No pets please.
No smoking indoors. (Balconies allowed)
Bring your own linen (draw sheets provided, please use when required)
