CONFERENCES & SPECIAL EVENTS

Conferences, catering and equipment packages can be tailor-made to suit your needs and budget. Rooms can also be used for interviews and small meetings for up to eight people, as well the more formal conference setup catering for up to 60.

 

As a conference venue we offer flexibility in style, tariff, size and location. We can formulate a quotation to your explicit needs.

 

Our venue is a  relaxed one. You can have informal breakouts over BBQ’s under our gazebo, catered luncheons, dinners in the landscaped front gardens, and meals in our restaurant. We will offer exclusive use of our premises where available; we also provide facilities for groups.

 

Conference Package Rates:

Midweek twin Share $145 .00 per person.

Prices are based on a minimum two night stay with minimum of 14 conference delegates.

Prices are subject to alteration.

Prices include:

• Free use of our Conference/Dining      Room.

 

• Use of Standard Conference Equipment including White Board, Flip Chart, Projection Screen Overhead Projector, ½ NEC VHS video player, sound system.

 

• Accommodation in contemporary comfort rooms, rated 3 1/2 to 4 stars.

 

• Quality Meals include Full Breakfast, Morning Tea, Working Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Three Course Dinner.

 

• Motel transport from and to the local train station.

 

• On site undercover parking facilities.

Not included in price:

• Further recreational activities can all be arranged at an additional charge, e.g.: Diving, Snorkelling, Kayaking, Canoeing, Water Cruises, Golf, Tour local wineries, Fishing, Rainforest walks, Animal parks, Jamberoo Recreation Park, Swimming, Berry and Kiama Markets, Dolphin and Whale Watching, Bush walking and Australian Museum of Flight, Nan Tien Temple.

 

• Specialised conference accessories.

 

• Alcoholic drinks during Dinner.

In the stages leading towards your conference, our head -chef will contact the client to discuss the menu and any special dietary requests which may be necessary. We will design a menu tailored to the group’s requests.

Special Events:

The Anchor inn can cater for small weddings and any other medium size events. We can allocate part of the venue to you, or the Inn outright.
